When you fill in a quote or careers form, we collect the details you provide directly: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and any notes or preferences you add. We do not collect anything beyond what you type into the form.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange a booking, or consider a job application. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

How forms are processed

Our quote and application forms are submitted via Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service that delivers your submission to our inbox. Web3Forms processes the data you submit in order to deliver it to us, and does not use it for any other purpose. We hold no server or database of our own, so your enquiry reaches us directly by email.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and to monitor performance. Both are cookieless: they do not set tracking cookies or store personally identifiable information.

Maps embed

Our areas pages include a Google My Maps embed showing our coverage area. Loading this embed means Google may set its own cookies in your browser, governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours. We do not control what Google does with that data.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and application details for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you or consider your application, and delete them once that purpose has been served, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
